Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

• Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue from existing accounts.

• Conduct regular account reviews and performance evaluations to assess client needs and opportunities for improvement.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver value-added solutions and services to clients.

• Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and reports to communicate progress, achievements, and recommendations.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and agreements using CRM software.

• Meet or exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and KPIs set by the company.

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

• Proven track record of managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets.

• Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

• Experience in the UAE market and knowledge of local business practices is preferred.
