Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze client requirements and business processes to design and implement Odoo ERP solutions.
• Configure and customize Odoo modules to meet client specifications and business needs.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings to understand project objectives and scope.
• Provide expert guidance and recommendations on Odoo best practices, module selection, and system architecture.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of Odoo solutions.
• Conduct user training sessions and workshops to empower clients to effectively utilize Odoo functionalities.
• Develop documentation, including functional specifications, user guides, and training materials.
• Assist in pre-sales activities, including preparing proposals, demos, and presentations for potential clients.
• Stay updated on the latest Odoo developments, features, and enhancements to provide innovative solutions to clients.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Odoo ERP, providing support and guidance to internal teams and clients as needed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
Strong understanding of business processes and experience in implementing ERP solutions, preferably Odoo.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing Odoo modules, including Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, and HR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience in conducting user training sessions and workshops.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile/Scrum, is preferred.
